1. Eligibility
You must be a registered member of a SACCO or financial institution that uses SACCONET to access our Services.
2. Account Responsibility
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
- You agree not to share your account or allow unauthorized access.
- Notify your SACCO immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.
3. Use of Services
You agree to use SACCONET only for lawful purposes, including:
- Viewing your account information.
- Performing authorized transactions.
- Accessing financial reports and statements.
You must not:
- Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the system.
- Use SACCONET for fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized transactions.
4. Financial Transactions
All transactions performed through SACCONET are subject to your SACCO’s approval and terms. SACCONET provides the platform but is not responsible for the outcome of financial decisions made by your SACCO.
5. Limitation of Liability
- SACCONET is provided “as is” and “as available.”
- We are not responsible for system downtime, unauthorized access due to user negligence, or financial losses outside our control.
- Your SACCO is ultimately responsible for your financial services.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or engage in unauthorized activity.
